This is a newly discovered sauce and I can tell you personally that is one of the best BBQ sauces I have ever tasted. Beings I am a Kamado Joe smoker I have tried so many BBQ sauces that I was really skeptical about this one. After all, if you have tried 100 BBQ sauces you have tried them all.

Redneck Lipstick© is made in Jonesboro, Arkansas by a young man that learned all of his barbequing tricks from his dad. What better way to carry on a family tradition? I learned a lot of BBQing tricks from my dad also. That’s why I got into smoking meats, fish, and potato salad.

If you like Bloody Marys? I have a recipe below that uses the Redneck Lipstick Seasonings Rub.

Sirloin or Ribeye – What’s the Difference?

To help you choose between sirloin and ribeye steak, we’ll show you:

  • The difference between sirloin vs ribeye steak (+how to select a good cut of each)
  • Which type of steak is best for grilling at home
  • The best ways to prepare each type of steak on and off the grill

Does BBQ Sauce go Bad? Yes and here is why.

If you look at the ingredients that are in this BBQ sauce, you’ll find items like vinegar, sugar, ketchup, tomato paste, spices, and herbs—along with a few secret ingredients passed down from generation to generation. Barbeque sauce that is made with natural herbs, spices, and liquids will degrade over time, even when perfectly sealed and stored properly. And, once you open the bottle, oxidation causes ingredients to break down and separate, causing more opportunities for foreign objects like mold and moisture to make their way into the sauce.

If you have BBQ Sauce that is past the expiration date then you might not want to use it even if it hasn’t been opened. Take a look at it. Open it and smell it. Does it have a foul smell? Is there a change in appearance? Does the color look ok or has it changed to a darker hue than normal? Is there mold in it? Has the liquid separated? I would toss it in the trash. But that’s just me. We will also tell you how to store your BBQ Sauce whether it has been opened or not.

RUB IT IN. Rubbing in your Redneck Lipstick
